IM not sure why i'm not losing weight but i think it's muscle because I'm losing inches. If only can lose 2lbs a wk plus inches!

You have lost 12 or so pounds in the last 2 months, that's pretty good. Stay consistent with your diet. Get plenty of lean protein, lean dairy and fruits and veggies. Stay hydrated. Watch your sodium intake. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight. If your doing new exercise or change your normal exercise, your muscles can temporarily retain water which can show on the scale as a temporary gain. It looks like your doing well. Keep tweaking your food and calories till you find what works.
