Did a 40-minute very brisk walk this morning instead of working out at the club. Nice break in the routine. It was a decent workout -- not as vigorous as the workout at the club, but still good.

Diet is on track for today.

I enjoy walking outside when I can instead of going to the gym. We live in a hilly neighborhood, so I tend to run on the flats and down hills and walk up, which gives me a good workout and keeps my heart rate pretty steady. Keep up the good work!
