Ive been exercising - cardio 3-4 x a wk w/ hot yoga & strength training @ home onec a wk, to be increased. I feel great, im sleeping better.

eating y protein in lentils, beans, cabbage, my fave cereal... =) veggies, fish - broiled. enjoying myself, but it is still hard work. I look forward to my goal of 150 & also toning my body parts

Arms, legs, buns & stomach ;)
188.0 lb Lost so far: 102.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
