I hope you're looking after yourself and that you're feeling better soon. There's nothing worse than trying to force yourself to work out at the gym when you're not feeling 100%. I've done it and it's never pretty! Is it possible that you're eating too little? I know from experience that it can leae me feeling really tired, so I now eat carefully to try and keep 500 cal under what my body uses. Any more or less and everything starts to go wrong! Take care xx

Yes, Actually I have been doing something wrong intentionally. I always register the food that I eat to be of more calories. Like if I have 100 gm of an item I would deliberately register it like 110 gm, to be on the safe side. If I am not sure of weight, I register the higher side of my guess. And similarly for workouts, I always register the lower degree on FS. The reason being that I am not eating the standard packaged foods that are listed on FS. I am eating there locally made variants. Also there is a huge difference in the burnt calories that are shown on my gym machines as compared to what FS shows. So to avoid over-counting of workout calories and under-counting of consumed calories, I do this. I have been keeping an average difference of 1000 since past few weeks except for last week when I had a few drinks. I guess you are right, I am low on diet. I will try to gradually bring the difference down. Thanks for your concern :)

Ah, I see. Better to over-estimate than under-estimate, eh? I did that for ages, but through practice I became pretty good at estimating calories in things and now I try to do a best guess instead, logging as closely to the real calories as possible. It took practice to find the right level of calories, though. I totally understand your reasoning - FS is an American site and I'm not based in the USA either so their recipes and ideas of portion sizes are a bit different.
