Hey FS Warriors,

I managed to complete all 5 workouts for the week again, 2 weeks in a row now. Hopefully week 3 will be the week my muscles don't ache as much 😁

Today is my rest day and tomorrow is my "fun" cardio day tennis, racquetball, hiking or just taking the dog on a nice long walk.
