Still in the process of sugar withdraw. I still have to do the hunger self check. I feel a need to eat and I have to consciously tell myself that it is not time to eat or what I am craving is not on. Evening is the worst. Last night I almost baked a pound cake. I also have rhubarb that is crying out to be mixed with strawberries and put in a pie. I think I am going to see how splenda will mix with it and put some in with the custard too. It is hard being a really great cook and not be able to make something delish.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
