My stress and work affect the way I eat. That needs to change. Was doing so well... had lost 26 lbs!!! Then gained 17 back when my work schedule caused me not to be able to fit in workouts for a little over a month. I know... I should have fit something in... but working almost 70 hours a week can cause that. Then I stressed and began snacking. EVIL. Now when I want to snack, I will choose something healthy and/or drink lots of water. I know the water really helps! It was summer, so I naturally drank a lot anyway, but when it cooled off, I forgot to drink as much. And I felt so much better, both physically & mentally. Gotta get back on track!!!!!!!
