day 193..day off from the gym..woke up feelin dizzy for some reason...not a bad dizzy..just alittle...feel just fine otherwise...i have pills to take for dizzyness, il take one of them, mabye they will take care of it..just gonna take it easy, and eat as little as i need to..lol..
