Back to low carb. Back on track. Watching coworkers chomp down bags of chips and assorted junk by the handful, I decided I would do the same. Only difference is their bags are filled with fried potatoes, wheat or corn, and my bag is preshredded salad. It got some laughs, but yesterday a coworker brought a bag of spinach and joined me lol.

That sounds so much better than their chips. I am eliminating my salt from my diet, along with my sugar, and that salad really would do the trick, to make me feel full and yet not deprived. Thanks for the suggestion.

Tis the season for Kale... chips! After cleaning the leaves, I rip out the stems, then combine 1Tbs Olive Oil, 1 tsp Sea Salt, and 1 Tbs White Vinegar (optional) for every bundle. Then dry them in dehydrator or in oven on low. They taste so good and crisp like potato chips I could eat a whole batch if I don't care about the outcome, because kale is very fiberus, and green .

I forgot to mention that you want to rub the oil, vinegar, and salt seasoning onto every leaf before drying.
