This morning at work at the bakery, I kind lost focus. I ate what I wanted, in my head the whole time saying it is okay I just won't eat anything the rest of the day. So essentially that is what I am going to have to end up doing. I only have around 200-300 calories left to eat today so I have around eight hours of no eating. But I guess that is what it will take to get myself to the size I want. Perseverance is what this is all about I suppose. Wish me luck!

Ok would it help to eat something before work?, or just try half of it take small bites or break it up into pieces. I know that's got to be a hard place to diet at( I can imagine myself at a BBQ place not good)
I'm thinking you going to get through this and achieved your 35 lbs loss before the MAY wedding day I just hope you don't take too much ATTENTION away from the bride! after all it's her day( oh well get ready to show yourself off!)Remember too......
