goooooooooood mornin everyone..so nice yesterday in the lower 40s with lots of sun...still cool out but nice enough to lift the mind into thinkin spring is gettin closer...kept on track both exercising an eating...scales are the same today, which i kno happens from time to time...once it gets daylight might actually go for a short walk if its not rainin by then...temps are in the upper 30s here today already...the weather man is callin for rain/sleet/snow, but who knows if it will get to that or not...snow is mostly melted on the ground, all that remains are the piles on the lots where the tractors piled it...ground is so wet right now...last thing we need is rain...but not alot you can do about that...you get what comes...lol...did ab crunches again yesterday morning, in between sets...i turned from side to side...just to limber up...yesterday afternoon i got on bike to no where an did 7 miles...even adjusted resistance once again to make it harder...but still managed to get it up to 20 for a few short burst of energy...normally keep it up to 15-17mph for 30 min...so any extra is good..well..need to get up an make the bed...another mornin of wakin up an the covers being all over the bed...got so bad that the last time i got outta bed this morning..almost to remake it just to get back into bed to have covers to pull over me...well...have a great one everyone....


MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON...

1. I AM DOING THIS FOR ME !!!!!

2. THINK THIN....THINKING POSITIVE AND STAYING POSITIVE KEEPS ME IN THE MOOD!!!!!

3. STAY IN THE MOMENT !!!!!

4. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP AND GET BACK ON TRACK AT THE NEXT MEAL !!!!

5. CHANGE MY MINI GOALS TO 5 POUND INCREMENTS....TO MAKE IT EASIER TO HIT MY MINI GOALS !!!!!...SET MINI WEIGHT LOSS GOALS I CAN REACH!!!

6. FOOD IS NOT A REWARD !!!!...ITS NOURISHMENT !!!

7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS I GET OUTTA BED !!!!

8. EAT MY HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!....AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!.... AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!

9. I DIDNT GAIN IT ALL IN ONE DAY...CONSISTENCY AND DETERMINATION WORKS IT BACK OFF...

10. WATER!!! HELPS TO FLUSH OUT THE SALT !!!!!

11.. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

12. IF I HAVE TIME TO SIT AT THE COMPUTER, THEN I HAVE TIME TO EXERCISE...

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST....

13. DO THE BEST I CAN DO EVERYDAY...I'M ONLY IN COMPETION WITH MYSELF !!!!!!
