Day by day. You can do it. Way too much sodium at dinner last night. And I thought I was being good. I'm going to drink lots of water today.

I'm trying my best to stay away from the processed foods. They have insane amounts of salt in them!! I still have my soup everyone once in a while for lunch, but thats really it. Try your best to make your meals fresh, so you know whats going into them! Hard, I know, but its the best way.

Yes, I see that now! I was out after work and working out, but before going home, and thought I'd get a light sandwich and cup of soup. Didn't know that little meal would have a whole days worth of sodium! It's going to show up on the scale.

I've read not to go over 2500mg of sodium for a day. My dinner was pushing that.
