When I was at Spin class today, My instructor, who is a female body builder, actually complimented me on my quads, and everyone all joined in, yes your legs look amazing..That was diffidently filling my bucket up.. I was laughing to myself all the way home !!! Nothing like that has ever happened before !!! Maybe I actually had some muscle under ALL the fat !!!! And my journey continues !!!
