UGH. I know I haven't gotten to my 'stand' goal yet, but... UGGGGHHH. Wish this was enuf to kill off all the calories for the next few days *le sigh* Anyone else use something other than an Apple Watch to track stuff? Does anyone think Apple is accurate?

I think mine is. I count my steps and it's accurate, I take my own pulse and that's accurate. As far as cals burned, that's probably not too accurate but, what do u do besides eat right?!

I do mostly outdoor work at this point. We have about 3 acres I push mow, for example. BUT I think the watch feels the vibration from the handle and thinks I did more than I really did. Maybe I am wrong? Maybe they account for that? Tho, I noticed even if you just wave your arm, they count that. I mean, I guess it technically is 'movement/exercise', but.....
