I have pretty much stayed the same since last week. That is ok. I did eat things that aren't on plan this weekend. I didn't pig out or anything, but tried to make smarter choices along the way.I am staying on top of it for sure.
234.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know what you mean. I put my butt back on track yesterday. Just keep your eye on the prize. It will come off, I know the program works. Baby steps!

I was down almost 4 lbs since my weigh in last week! Hurray! I was nervous since I had been at my boyfriends for almost a week and not on a routine like I am at home. Maybe I needed to switch things up to boost my metabolism.
