I have found for sure that the no carbs after 3 or 4 p.m. is the best for me - at least my blood sugars are usually under 100 if I do that. Didn't plan very well yesterday....and as a result I ate within the carb limit but later in the evening and not as healthy carbs. Not enough protein, etc. It showed on the scale (up .4 lbs) and blood sugar (125).
So....back to being good. I really don't mind a slow weight loss..as long as it is a loss for the week.
