bah, wife talked me into going out to eat... ah my love for deep fried seafood.. well, at least I only gained 0.8LBS (‪‪0.362874‬kilograms)....
256.8 lb Lost so far: 35.2 lb.    Still to go: 76.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
