So glad my birthday month is over...It has just been downhill. But...like I said last time...We start over..
I started bootcamp yesterday. Made me realize how unfit I am but it left me super energized and was the perfect kick start. Looking forward to seeing good results at the end of the month. Ive also cut down my carb intake. Backed goods and warm winter drinks is doing nothing for my goals.
