Walked 6.5 miles today. Longest Distance yet. Still averaging a 15 minute mile... but I jogged for almost half a mile!!!! Planning 8 miles tomorrow, only because I past up on the last .75 of a mile of the trail I was on, thinking that I would just use the restroom two miles back the way I had come, instead of adding an extra 1.5 miles to my walk, just to use the restroom at the next picnic area. Boy, was that a Bad Idea! The restroom ahead of me was a beautiful, new one with modern plumbing. The one I ended up using was an outhouse. I think I'll just add the distance tomorrow. Probably won't try to jog any tomorrow, though.
