Running (C25k): Mon, Wed, Fri Spinning: Tues, Thurs, Sat Yoga: Mon, Wed, and (Thurs)
Daily 100 situps on the ball 25 squats 25 pushups
Food: Stick to 2 weeks of Induction NO MATTER WHAT!!! No nuts, junk food, alcohol, or if eating out--anything other than salad!!
STRICT IMPLEMENTATION FOR 3 WEEKS STRAIGHT---starting TODAY THRU THE END OF FEB!!!
Goal: get down to 132 pds!!
