Ok, as for weighing in. I find that if I do not weigh myself daily even if I do not post it here, that I can very, very easily get off track. Look at my past weight. From 292 to 185 posted here, but I actually got down to 180 but did not post it, then after several hospital stays due to illnesses, I started gaining. I did not weigh myself at all and now after almost getting back to where I was (292) (my highest was 320) I get back on the scale to find I was at 274.. That was it, I had enough. For me, I have to keep weighing myself just to help me stay on track... Don't be afraid to weigh in, it can be helpful. Just my 2cents, well 20cents now ya know inflation and all that... about weighing in....
