day 173..50 outside, but no morning walk..instead im headed to the gym for my 2 hour workout..woke up all refreshed and ready for a great morning workout...i tried on the next size down pants again last night, gonna try and workout really hard next 3 weeks to get down into them...that means healthy eating for the next 21 days...no extra calories...well evryone have a great workout ...
