Served up a plate for dinner about an hour ago. I still had over 1200 calories to spend for the day. It's interesting, I loaded a plate. It was smart choice foods, but way to much. I took a couple bites, and decided to put some of it back. Good thing. I ended up only eating 500 calories, but I'm stuffed. Still another 500 to eat later tonight. Change of habits needed.
