Oh man today was hard. I pulled a lower ab muscle and kind of felt down all day. I ate more than I wanted but I didn't go over 1700 (my absolute upper limit)...so I guess I should be proud that I didn't totally go off the deep end food wise. I also made it to the gym even though I wavered on and off a million times before I went.
So I take that back. This was a good day. I was tested buy I overcame!
