Binge lesson. Last saturday i went to a party hungry thinking I had the will power to not eat or eat smart. That lasted about 30 minutes, then I just said to myself: I'm allowed a "cheat" day. So I ate - a lot. It has taken me four painful days to shrink my stomach and appetite back down and to get in the mindset again of eating clean. I basically had to start over again, mentally and physically. So to all my FS friends out there - after a binge or a cheat day - expect a battle with your body and mind. The mind games are particularly hard. Your body screams for more sugar and to fill the empty space. I have decided I have to learn what exactly cheat day means, so I will know this when I reach my goal weight. Maybe it means "cheat snack", haha. :) HAGD my friends.
