day 169..42 outside with the wind chill 32...will be going to gym this morning earlyer then usual to begin my workout day...

30 min.elliptical
32 min.stationary bike
1 hr. weightlifting
20 min. afternoon walk

calories ate--------------------------------1245
calories burned-----------------------------2157

suppers over..thats it
