How old is too old to come to work with a hangover? Ugh.
A friend of mine who is a bartender, decided that after 10 years at the same place, he was going to quit and find something else. So, all of our friends (about 20 of us) went out to bid him farewell. From this job, at least. I drank, probably, too much. Now I have a headache and feel all in all like crap.
Yet, I'm still losing. I don't understand it. I had a big week already. Down 3 lbs since Monday. When I was having my TOM problem, I cut back on the exercise a bit. Just to see if that would coax it, and I haven't been able to get back on the wagon with the exercise. I can't bring myself to pull out the Wii Fit board. I guess I'll take it as a blessing now, because when I'm stalled, I'll be kicking myself for a whole other reason. So I'll take it with no complaints. I am hoping that it keeps up at this rate. By Wednesday, I'd really like to be in the 160s, and 169.8 counts.
We're supposed to get a very bad snowstorm this weekend. I love how it always happens on the weekend, why can't it be during the week, so that way they can close work? Why must Mother Nature keep me homebound on the weekends? Spring cannot come soon enough in my mind.
Summer. I'm just thinking about summer. Even at my heaviest I was never bashful about wearing a bikini, I just kind of jumped in the water really quickly and kept my towel close to the edge so it would be there when I was ready to get out. Now, I'm hoping that I won't have to do that, and that I can lay out and when I look down I can see my toes.
With that, I do not look forward to the weekend. If I wake up tomorrow and there is no snow, I will do cartwheels! Have a great weekend everyone!

Lol... good luck with the no snow! You do live in Jersey right? All I know is at least South Jersey is supposed to get smacked hard! If you are homebound maybe it will motivate you to bring out the Wii Fit. I need to do that too. :)

Okay I really wanna see you do some cartwheels, so I'm crossing my fingers for no snow for you! Haha. How old is too old? I don't think there's an age for that. Sometimes it happens. I know what you mean about the bad weather on weekends. Same thing's happened to me several times... ugh. Good job with losing!! You're doing great. So proud. Keep it going.

Don't be ashamed I was very hungover yesterday at work. Age was the last thing on my mind. lol Great job on the scale! I seem to be dehydrated after a nights drinking and the scale goes lower the next day too. Drink your water today! I wanted to eat all day. I am happy to hear you wore bikinis, I think you should. And no doubt, this summer you are going to wear them very proudly!

@Laura: I'll make sure I have Joe take pictures of me doing cartwheels to show you. And if there is snow, there will be a sad picture of me with a shovel, probably. I can't stand snow, too cold for me. I need warmth. @Cindy: I didn't even think of the dehydration. Gr, false number I shouldn't have recorded it, I was just so shocked to see the scale go down. Boo to me. Oh well, I'll start the water right now. @moose: thanks for the words of encouragement! I'm working through the hangover now.

ahhh hangovers...they're the worst!! i had one after my fiance's cousin's wedding and omg, i thought i was going to die. and i'm not ready for this snow either...there's a chance my fiance's brother will be staying here and i can only take so much! and yes, summer needs to get here like yesterday!
