Hello and happy Sunday FS!
Another busy moving day! It was a full day yesterday. Actually missed lunch but that was the theme for the week. I'm going to try eating something every few hours this week to see if it will help perhaps speed up my metabolism. Example, if I plan oatmeal and fruit for breakfast, I will eat the oatmeal at 7ish and the fruit at 10ish so I'm going to try to split my portions and see if it makes a difference. I would love to be in the 140s by the end of March! Should be doable if Snarly cooperates! Mindset to do this! I'm taking my buddies with me too! Let's power on!
