Question for the gang....would it be better for me to substitute celery and peanut butter for the sweets that I have been eating? For 2 large (11-12") stalks and 2 teaspoons of peanut butter, it is only 70 calories compared to the stuff in sweets? I guess it would be because the celery isnt as bad for you as the sweets are, right????
Just wanting to confirm what I am thinking.

How much sweets are you eating? Is it satisfying or out of control? I have subbed fruit for junk or veggies for chips and I feel better, but sometimes a little treat is ok...sometimes NOT if it wakes the beast...ya know what I mean? Good Luck!

Anytime you change out veggies or nuts for processed sugar you are winning!

Any sweet carbs and I gaining and craving. Celery is a good carrier for soft cheese, nut butter or even chicken or tuna salad. I like goat cheese.

Yes. I don't know about you, but when I eat sweets, then I have craving for more the next day. I like the celery and a thin layer of peanut butter because it is so much more filling.
