Lesson learned this weekend....

No amount of exercise can burn off calories you consume eating a donut, a candy bar, chips and a cupcake all in the same day.

So let's just say that the scale got the middle finger from me this AM and leave it at that.

SIGH.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
