I think that the carbs are really bringing me down. Looking at my diet calendar I realize that about 1/2 of what I am consuming are carbs. I really think I am going to start adding healthier choices. I am going to try out the mini challenges for the "No Junk Food" challenge. I indulged tonight with pizza and now I realize that's why I feel so tired and blah tonight. Also <1500 caloeies is what I am going to set as a daily calorie goal. Also no more tha 1/3 of my over all consumption will be carbs. This should be interesting. ;)
