goooooooood friday morning...with the rain/mist yesterday morning..did go for a short 2 mile walk..and surprising enough i wasnt the only one out in it walking...spent rest of the day inside..lookin out...temps dropped as the day went on...so didnt ever get back out to add to them steps...weight is up alittle this morning...seems like it usually goes up after a weigh in even though i eat the same way...gonna try on my 40s this morning see just how close they are to fitting once again...not really expectin them to feel any better...but you never know...not sure if im gonna do a morning walk or not..really im tired...an just not in the mood for a walk...might take the day off an do one tomow or sunday..just havent woke up yet...have a great one..
