WHAT A GREAT WEEK!!!

7 lbs in 7 Days!!!!

Its been a great journey through the first month and it looks really promising that I'm going to have the beach body I want for Spring Break this year. I 've been sticking to the diet and just seem to have noticeable results as you can see in the Pics. A lot of people have been asking what my secret is...

And its simple...

Just keep at it!
248.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 83.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
