Weight bounced back up a kilo. Eating a lot more fruit and vegetables, less bread. And exercising (skiing, walking). On top of it all I am suffering from sore shoulder and neck. So not happy to see higher numbers.
BUT after googling "gentle vinyasa", I found a great 25 minute video. A woman standing on a beach in Hawaii, the sound of waves. Really nice. It was a tad scary at first because I can't fully rotate my neck. In any case. my should and neck pain was reduced by 70% or more. Lots of horrible popping sounds.
The fat roll above my waist line is diminishing.

Cut back on fruit, and chose the ones you do eat wisely, and eat more vegetables, and add a higher % of protein. Lots of luck going forward.
