weight loss definitely slowing down despite the fact that I am working even harder at the gym these days. I think I should start a food journal just to ensure that I'm keeping to good foods. Although I can't say that I feel like I'm not adhering properly to the diet. Oh well. Just got to stick with it!
174.8 lb Lost so far: 35.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
