goooood mornin everyone...the snow came...the snow went...we didnt get any at all..i really thought we would get some of it...but guess we was just to far north of it..and thats ok...the cold temps are makin up for the no snow...20 outside with wind chills down to 7...brrrr..makes it hard to get outta a nice warm bed...my exercise plan has been sufferin this last week cause its just to dang cold to get in the exercise mood...yeah yeah i kno...not a good enough excuse when i have dvds to workout to...ok let me think...ahhhhhh...dvd player is broke...lol..no i just cant seem to stay in an exercise routine for some reason...an since i cant seem to stay in a routine..i watched my food to mouth intake really close yesterday...tryin to only eat protein an very few carbs...must of worked..scales is smilin at me once again today...hopefully tomow or the next few days i can record a loss...journal was short yesterday just wasnt in the mood to journal...todays a new day..but the indoor time is gettin old..spent most of the day yesterday on the puter, was doing graphic work, just to kill the time, but was all sit down time...just so hard to stay in a regular routine this time of year...when its just to cold to want to be in the mood to do a workout...well just drank my breakfast...gonna get up an make the bed...get this day started...soon as i run outta protein mix, then i might quit buyin it...still have about 2-3 weeks worth dependin on how often i drink it...i started drinkin it when i was walking an going to the gym an gettin workouts in about 2-3 years ago...when i first started drinkin it...it helped alot in giving me the energy i needed after my morning walk, and then heading to the gym for a workout...but now its just an energy drink to drink for protein..and extra calories i could be gettin someplace else...well have a greatttttttt day everyone...enjoy that snow you all got...hahahaha...



MINI GOALS THAT I DO MY BEST TO FOCUS ON EACH DAY !!!!

1. I AM FIRST !!!!!

2. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF !!!!! THINK POSITIVE !!!!

3. GET IN THE RIGHT FRAME OF MIND !!!!!

4. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP AND GET BACK ON TRACK AT THE NEXT MEAL !!!!

5. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT HELPS YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER !!!!!

6. FOOD IS NOT A REWARD !!!!...ITS NOURISHMENT !!!

7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!!

8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!

9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!

10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!

11. REMEMBER...IF IT WAS EASY TO SHED THE WEIGHT, THEN THERE WOULDNT BE SO MANY PEOPLE TRYING TO PROFIT FROM TELLING YOU HOW...

12. WATER!!! HELPS TO FLUSH OUT THE TOXINS !!!!!

13. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!

14. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

15. SET MINI WEIGHT LOSS GOALS YOU CAN REACH!!!

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST....

16. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY...YOU'RE ONLY IN COMPETION WITH YOURSELF !!!!!!

I'm having a hard time this time of year, too, twin! Thanks for sending all the white stuff my way. It's pretty! I won't be thanking you when I have to get out and shovel it, though. Hang in there! Spring is coming!

sorry twin...that the snow ended up at your house...but way i look at it..better yours then mine..hahah...an besides its good exercise...yeah i kno spring is gettin closer..an im past ready...
