I upped my breakfast by just over 100 calories, juiced 2 times before noon, and as a result never craved any calories till after 5 pm. As a result I'm now forced to take in another 300+ calories before bed just to stay at a healthy minumum of 2,000 for my size.

I started exercising with some weights tonight because I have extra energy. I wasn't planning on introducing exercise for another few weeks, but oh well.

I should be let down Saturday for weigh in. It only makes sense that 9 lbs in loss in two weeks be complimented by a setback. I mean really, I haven't even started slamming the ellipticaly yet. Even still, I'm excited, even curious to see more lbs. come off as a result of juicing. Bought the Juicing bible yesterday. Tried the liquid lunch earlier this evening. Not bad.
