Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs, english muffin, milk
Lunch: salad greens, tuna, feta, balsamic dressing, greek yogurt
Snacks: cheese cubes, apple, peanut butter
Dinner: Veggie sandwich on wheat bread from Subway

Exercise: -600 calories on elliptical and treadmill :)
