What a crappy couple of days!! Stress + stinkin mother nature + lack of sleep = a terrible time for me. How did I self soothe last night? With food :( I gave in to my cravings for some pizza and where did it leave me? Empty. The greasy cheese did not comfort me the way I expected it to, which drove me to eat more. After consuming most of the pizza, I felt just as empty as when I started. This leaves me hopeful and depressed at the same time. Hopeful that food did not make things better for me, as it used to. Depressed that I went over my RDI in a big way.

Here is to renewed commitment. (after only 2 weeks...that is sad)
