Feeling excited!! :) I received my wrist band pedometer today :) I put it on @ 9am this morning and am already @ 6123 steps. Yaay! My goal is to walk 10,000 +_ steps per day during the week. and to do yoga and other fun activities on the wkend. My coworker has started walking with me during lunch breaks and I feel excited about it, because we motivate each other.

I am currently in school to study nutrition and am thinking of getting certified as a lactation specialist and a personal trainer. There is so much to do and so many ways to use my talents and skills. I feel very motivated and excited about my future. Glory to God.
