I'm dying for a glass of milk lol. I love 2% milk but can't have it on this diet. I think I'm going to make a deal with myself...follow the diet 100% and I can have a cheat day. Spaghetti and a glass of milk is all I want lol! Ill even try to make the spaghetti as healthy as possible with whole grain pasta, turkey burger and lots of veggies :)
1 week. No cheating. I can do this! :D
