Today marks 3 day of 30 on my workout challenge. Its much easier now that I have lost most of my weight. But wow its intense and I am sore. Just wanted to put it on here so I can hold myself accountable to completing this. I made a deal with myself if I can get to my goal weight and incorporate a mere 15 minutes a day to this....I know I can quit this nasty smoking habit too.

Hey Sheri, I'm trying to drop pounds at the same time that I'm trying to quit smoking too so I know your pain. Good luck and stick to it! You can do it.
