Well I took a break for a while and decided to get back to my quest for 185 pounds. Working 2nd shift and not sleeping well. Hope to get some exercise in tomorrow, my day off. Weight is up a little to 192. My motivation is the trips I have planned for the Bahamas. Need to get in shape for spear fishing - that's hard work...(and not looking like a flabby beached whale). First trip is beginning of April and second is mid June. A buddy wants me to help take his new trawler over too, I think in May or June. I hope my employer realizes that I intend to take all my vacation this year!
