It's funny how the closer I get to my goal the more obsessed/focused I become about it. I thought by now I would be putting so much mental energy into reaching the (next) goal. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing. I do know that I would like the next 6 lbs to vanish pretty quickly. I'm tired of waiting to get below 200. Have a great weekend everybody.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You will get there. Try not to burn out. I saw a lot of people including one person I can only see in the mirror that put all energy into weight loss and have no energy left for maintenance.

Do you see your Weight History? Almost every entry another low. You're doing great and look terrific. Now do you still have my blue turtleneck I loaned for one of your trips up north? I'm sure it's huge on you, and I was hoping to wear it before we get back in the upper 70's again.

It will happen - think f your changes as lifestyle and over the long term - not just diet. It makes the ups and downs easier to manage for me, You have done well!
