I did much better with my eating yesterday. Went 1 point over my allowance of 19 P, 2 AP, 5 FP, so I will need to reduce my FP use one day. I try to average 5/day - if I use them at all, which this week I felt so hungry I had to!

I'm really bummed that my leg is acting up again! All I did yesterday was 30 min on the recumbent bike. It was aching something horrible last night! So was my shoulder, so I was pretty miserable. I did a lot of stretching, and it seems to feel better today.

Having my first swim lesson with JD today. We'll see how my shoulder holds up....
