goooooooood monday mornin...went with brian yesterday road trippin...im sore in my back an chest from the bouncing around...more so then usual..but was a different workout..lol...didnt ever get my daily walk in..but did do some walking climbin hills and valleys lookin for junk yesterday...so some exercise was better then none...temps are colder this morning...35 with a wind chill of 29...probably wont go for a morning walk till later in the day when it warms up some...might even just get on the stationary bike an get a ride in for a change...just to early to make any choices that envolve going outside...lol...already been on the scales...looks like no change...but will weigh in again at 530am...as thats when i usually record my weigh ins...same time...each day...welp....not alot else to journal...sooooo....guess all i have to say is stick with it an stay consist....

1. BEING HEALTHY IS AN EVERY MEAL LIFESTYLE CHANGE 2. BEING HONEST WITH MYSELF WHEN I LOG MY FOOD INTAKE IS IMPORTANT.. 3. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!! 4. CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY NEEDS A CHANGE SO IT WORKS HARDER !!!!! 5.I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES... 6. I BURN MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS... 7. I KEEP AN EYE ON HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD 8. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!. 9. TRACKING MY FOOD INTAKE IS A GREAT WAY OF SEEING THE EXERCISE MY HAND AND MOUTH ARE GETTING !!!
