goooooood friday mornin...ended up going outta town yesterday...even though i know how to curb the appetite when i have to leave the comfort of my surroundings...i still get alittle stressed knowing that any fast food place isnt a good thing...i ended up eating a salad at home before we left the house...naturally my mom stopped at mc dees...an she had one of the southwest salads..told me to get what ever i wanted..told her i ate before i left the house..i had a glass of water...and really wasnt even hungry...the routines you get into...scales are up .4 this morning..not all that much...not enough to have a come a part...just goes to show you cant predict when the weight will come off...it comes off when it gets good an ready...the plan today...is with the warmer temps to do an afternoon walk...even if i can do a walk every other day or so...will be better then none...so easy to get outta the habit...well..breakfast is over..tea is gone...bed is made...or will be in a few...42 with a wind chill of 32...might just layer up an do a morning walk for a change...give the ole body a good shock...lol...have a great one...

BY SEEING MY AFFIRMATIONS THRU OUT THE DAY..ITS EASIER TO KEEP MY FOCUS !!!

1. BEING HEALTHY IS AN EVERY MEAL LIFESTYLE CHANGE
2. BEING HONEST WITH MYSELF WHEN I LOG MY FOOD INTAKE IS IMPORTANT..
3. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!
4. CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY NEEDS A CHANGE SO IT WORKS HARDER !!!!!
5.I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
6. I BURN MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS...
7. I KEEP AN EYE ON HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
8. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!.
9. TRACKING MY FOOD INTAKE IS A GREAT WAY OF SEEING THE EXERCISE MY HAND AND MOUTH ARE GETTING !!!
