8 pounds of differance ? i dont think its a true indicator and must be water etc, i have always found I lost quite a bit in the forst two weeks of dieting usually with 2 to 4 pounds a week in the past then it seemed to slow down and plateu, time will tell .....
265.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
