PASTA POUND

OK people - last night I was tired and totally stressed and ate pasta with my husband. See that pound up? It is a pasta pound! I felt so bloated afterwards that I couldn't even exercise.

Today I am making things right. Will go back to keeping my eye on carbs and calories - and my exercise room will be in full use tonight!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 January 2012:
1378 kcal Fat: 96.10g | Prot: 64.18g | Carb: 70.71g.   Breakfast: almond milk, quaker weight loss formula, brewed coffee, half and half, walnuts, cream. Lunch: orange, apple, cucumber, Kraft Greek, hellmann, almond milk, brewed coffee, carrot, red cabbage, grapefruit, half and half, lettuce, chicken, cream. Dinner: butter, Hellmann, olive oil, chicken, broccoli. Snacks/Other: almond milk, brewed coffee, half and half, cream. more...

lol Buffy!! Remember that pasta is heavier than most foods, but needs to work its way through your system, so if all is in order it should be gone in the next few days :)

Holidays are bad fpr avoiding carbs, I know I love pasta as much as anyone but banana bread is my downfall. Oh and happy new year Buffy! I wish you the greatest success and will cheer you on all the way.
