As of right now, my throat hurts so bad I'm literally awake every hour at night in pain. My nose is so raw from blowing it it's red and I can hardly touch it. I'm exhausted. I didn't follow my diet today because I just feel like crap and didn't even want to think about it. I'm probably going to gain weight tomorrow morning because of it but I can always start back on my diet wen I get better.

Just worry about getting enough fluid in you to fight dehydration. AS someone who works in the medical field, the best advice I've ever been given is "Don't worry about your diet when your sick, just get enough water and make sure you get enough nutrients for your body to heal."
